Assistant to the Finance Manager - Quezon City

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent plays a pivotal role in providing essential support to our Finance Manager in various financial and administrative functions following the Alagang Mahalaga way of life, through collaborating with the instituting department and/or company policies to better handle workplace situations and proper implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with the Department managers in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and assists in forecasting financial trends and making recommendations based on analysis.
2. Ensures that financial records are compliant and accurate by reviewing and evaluating the processes of each sections within the department.
3. Undertakes special projects and assignments as directed by the Finance Manager which includes research, data analysis, and the development of financial strategies.
4. Collaborate with the core team and supervisors to review and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and digitalization.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent.
2. With at least 5 years work experience in financial accounting and 2 years experience in a supervisory position.
3. Knowledge of financial transaction workflows using ERP systems and MS Office.
4. CPA is an advantage.
