Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline
- Chemical Engineering and Electrical Engineering graduates are highly preferred
- Preferably a licensed engineer
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and client coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn independently
Job Summary:
The Technical Engineer is responsible for supporting the company in delivering effective and high-quality technical solutions to clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, assisting in the design and implementation of solutions, supporting operations and project execution, and helping improve overall efficiency and service delivery.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on proposals, purchase orders, and job order execution
- Assist in the design, development, implementation, and testing of solutions based on project and business requirements
- Support the team in planning, design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor processes, workflow, and work methods to identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions
- Conduct research and help develop best practices to improve operational performance and service quality
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project status, ongoing activities, and accomplishments
- Perform other technical and operational duties as assigned by management
