About the Opportunity
Viventis Search Asia is partnering with one of the Philippines' leading real estate developers to identify an experienced HR Manager to support its Residential Business Unit.
This role will serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives across business operations, including sales and operational support functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide end-to-end HR support across assigned business units, including workforce planning, recruitment coordination, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, and talent development.
- Advise managers on employee concerns, disciplinary cases, policy interpretation, and labor law compliance.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring of critical positions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Support organizational design, restructuring, manpower planning, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to strengthen workforce effectiveness.
- Partner with department heads on performance management, coaching, and leadership development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
- Work closely with Corporate HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR programs and initiatives across the assigned business units.
- Participate in strategic HR projects that support business growth and organizational transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with 3–5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner capacity.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, talent management, organizational development, and HR business partnering.
- Experience supporting business units such as Sales, Operations, Commercial, Property Management, or Construction is preferred but not required.
- Sound knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
