About the role
DFC FOOD MANUFACTURING CORPORATION is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our growing business.This is a full-time position based in our San Juan Taytay Rizal office.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including processing employee documents, maintaining personnel files, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, orientations, and training sessions
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
- Providing general HR support to employees, answering queries, and addressing concerns
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
- Supporting the HR team in special projects and initiatives
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR Assistant or administrative role, preferably in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
