Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Process transactions and assist customers with various financial services

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 2nd-year college completed (no back subjects)
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience in financial services (preferred)
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in customer service (regular CSR profiles welcome)
