About the role
As the Social Media Specialist at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.', you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote the company's products and brand. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create and publish engaging content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing objectives
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Analyse social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique features
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
- Proficient in using social media analytics tools and interpreting data to make informed decisions
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with the ability to create visually appealing content
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry is an advantage.
