Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks (scheduling, email management, data entry).
  • Support recruitment efforts (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews).
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with preparing reports and organizing documents.
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth team operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration and/or recruitment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment platforms.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with international teams is a plus.
