Data Segmentation Analyst

Job Summary:

You will play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal stakeholders with data insights, performance updates, and reporting needs.
• Create and maintain regular reports to monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
• Analyze yield trends and performance across segments to identify growth or optimization opportunities.
• Identify and investigate data discrepancies in reports and dashboards.
• Process, manage, and organize large datasets efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Use tools such as Excel and Tableau to prepare reports and visual dashboards.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in an analyst or reporting-focused role.
• Strong experience in report creation and performance analysis.
• Proven ability to identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization tools).
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration.
