What Will You Do?
As the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and effective hiring. You will lead and support the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals while developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This role involves close coordination with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with employment laws and internal policies, monitoring key recruitment metrics, and providing regular updates to leadership. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing employer branding and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.:
The position will be on the A Floor Glas Tower in Pasig City, and you will:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring.
- Lead and support the recruitment team in meeting hiring goals.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
Who Are You:
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools/platforms.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Experience recruiting in a specific industry (e.g., BPO, healthcare, tech).
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of improving recruitment processes and metrics.
- Experience with data-driven recruitment and HR analytics.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Multilingual abilities or experience recruiting for global teams.
- Advanced certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, AIRS certification).
