Job Description Manage and oversee the strategic initiatives related to Tiered Servicing Lead ISO certification initiatives for the CX Strategy and Governance department Manage B2B CXM LT ManCom agenda, Portfolio of Projects Cadences, and B2B CXM LT Action Registry DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for Tiered Servicing Projects and ISO Certification initiatives for the department Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget Establish governance framework for Tiered Servicing projects and initiatives Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
