About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with a strong understanding of FIX Protocol to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing high-performance, low-latency applications for global financial institutions.The ideal candidate will have expertise in backend and frontend development, as well as extensive experience in trading systems or financial domains.

In this role, you will:
- Develop and Maintain Systems: Build and optimize backend systems using Java and Python and frontend components using Angular and Node.js.
- FIX Protocol Expertise: Design and implement FIX-compliant solutions to ensure seamless communication between trading platforms and clients.
- System Design: Create effective programming architectures tailored to high-frequency, low-latency applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions effectively and ensure project success.
- Code Quality: Optimize, document, and review code to maintain high performance and scalability.
- Deployment: Deploy and support applications in Linux environments, using CI/CD pipelines and AWS DevOps tools.
- Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues in trading systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency under pressure.
About You
You are a true technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment and seeks innovative solutions to complex problems.- Minimum of 6 years of full-stack development experience, with strong skills in Java, Python, Angular, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with FIX Protocol for trading systems or financial platforms.
- Proficient in deploying and maintaining Java applications in Linux environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like AWS DevOps.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in coding and architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in financial domains, such as trading platforms, secure tokenization, or capital markets.
- Knowledge of market data systems and financial messaging standards beyond FIX.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
