Quality Assurance Lead

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Assurance Management - Champion campaign assurance standards and ensure adherence to industry best practices. Align assurance timelines with the overall project schedule and proactively communicate changes due to regulatory updates, business requirements, or development delays.
• Resource Management - Train and mentor Campaign Assurance Analysts, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge. Manage performance expectations, ensuring analysts adhere to agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Campaign Validation and Execution - Develop and refine campaign validation processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
• Campaign content verification - Align assurance efforts with business objectives by coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Campaign Documentation and Reporting - Maintain and update campaign validation reports.
• Continuous Improvement and Test Automation - Identify automation opportunities within the campaign assurance process to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• ISTQB certification (Foundational level required; ISTQB Advanced Certification is a plus).
• Related Work Experience – At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead.
• Extensive experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum framework.
• Proven expertise in campaign validation, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Strong background in defect reporting, tracking, and monitoring.
• Experience in managing and leading QA teams.
• Knowledge – In-depth knowledge in the following:
• Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum framework and quality assurance best practices (ISTQB standards).
• Skills:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex QA concepts clearly.
