Office staff (cebu based)
About the role
We are a direct company seeking a dedicated and organized Office Staff to be assigned in Cebu City. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. As an Office Staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our Cebu-based office.
What you'll be doing- Performing a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answering and directing phone calls, as well as responding to email inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Assisting with the coordination of office meetings and events
- Providing support for special projects and other duties as assigned
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer literate and Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a timely manner
- At least 6 months of administrative or office support experience preferable in recruitment
