About the role

Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through efficient and effective handling of inquiries and complaints.

The role is based in Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing
  1. Answering and resolving incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Providing accurate information and recommendations to customers in a timely and professional manner
  3. Documenting customer interactions and following up on open issues
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process enhancements
  5. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude to build strong customer relationships
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
  1. With or without experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  6. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
