The Role
You'll work directly with our clients to support their operations and achieve their goals. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks and projects, with the opportunity to learn and grow. Tasks Could Include:
- Providing outstanding customer support for our clients or our internal team.
- Building and maintaining contact databases.
- Efficiently managing emails and communications.
- Conducting research and generating leads for clients or internal projects.
- Managing social media tasks, including content creation and audience engagement, for clients or our brand.
- Coordinating calendars and booking appointments, whether for clients or our own team.
- Assisting with diary management, administrative tasks, data entry, and bookkeeping.
- Conducting various research tasks, depending on the project at hand.
- Being ready to assist with personal errands for our Business Founder or clients when needed.
- Excellent organizational and administration skills.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- An interest in social media is desirable but not essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter.
- The ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability to change.
- 10mbps stable internet connection with backup.
- Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).
- Minimal to no power outage in your area.
