The Role

You'll work directly with our clients to support their operations and achieve their goals. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks and projects, with the opportunity to learn and grow. Your dedication and ability to work independently are essential, as you'll be tackling tasks with minimal supervision.

Tasks Could Include:

  • Providing outstanding customer support for our clients or our internal team.
  • Building and maintaining contact databases.
  • Efficiently managing emails and communications.
  • Conducting research and generating leads for clients or internal projects.
  • Managing social media tasks, including content creation and audience engagement, for clients or our brand.
  • Coordinating calendars and booking appointments, whether for clients or our own team.
  • Assisting with diary management, administrative tasks, data entry, and bookkeeping.
  • Conducting various research tasks, depending on the project at hand.
  • Being ready to assist with personal errands for our Business Founder or clients when needed.
Skills Required
  • Excellent organizational and administration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English.
  • An interest in social media is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to change.
Additional Requirements
  • 10mbps stable internet connection with backup.
  • Working computer/laptop (Minimum Requirement: Processor - Intel i5 or equivalent, RAM - 8GB).
  • Minimal to no power outage in your area.
