1. Address a broad range of audit challenges throughout the audit cycle, ensuring active involvement in all aspects of our standardized procedures.
2. Prepare and gather all necessary working papers and documentation, adhering to professional standards and completing tasks within established time budgets.
3. Engage proactively with clients through site visits, enhancing the delivery of quality service.
4. Conduct essential audit tasks to achieve both individual and team audit objectives, including any additional ad hoc responsibilities.
5. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications effectively.
6. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and use Xero Accounting Software.
7. Maintain accurate and organized files and records.
8. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
9. Display a high level of attention to detail.
10. Work independently, meeting deadlines consistently.
11. Apply strong planning and organizing skills.
12. Employ problem-solving techniques, backed by a high level of analytical aptitude.
13. Collaborate effectively in a small, family-oriented, and highly cooperative team environment.
14. Contribute to a positive and enjoyable workplace, joining a team committed to doing their best work.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is preferred, but non-CPAs are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino.
• Open to a hybrid work setup.
• No prior work experience is necessary.
