Preferably a graduate of a bachelor's or college degree in arts, design, architecture, creativity, multimedia, or equivalent.

Demonstrated skills in using traditional and computer-based design methods and software,

Including but not limited to 3D Sketch-Up, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Autodesk, and AutoCAD.

At least with 1-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry or equivalent.

Can work independently and with a team effectively.

Can work with minimal supervision

This is a work on site position(Tungkong Manga San Jose Del Monte Bulacan)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters
Develop creative concepts based on client requirements, from initial idea to final execution
Present concepts and pitch ideas confidently to clients
Oversee the creation of designs from scratch, including booth activations, campaign visuals, and interactive elements (e.g., games/experiential setups)
Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and campaign objectives
Collaborate with account managers and clients to align on strategy and deliverables
Review and approve all creative materials before client presentation or release
Guide the team in producing AVPs, video presentations, and advertising materials
Contribute to copy direction, including taglines and campaign messaging when needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in advertising, creative, or design roles (preferably in an agency setting)
Strong background in client presentations and pitching
Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns from scratch
Knowledge in graphic design, video production, and advertising materials
Experience in experiential/booth design is a plus
Strong understanding of technical aspects of design and production
