We are a fast-growing financing company committed to improving lives. We're looking for a Loan Operations Specialist in Cabanatuan City.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major in Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or any related course
• Preferably with relevant experience in loan operations or document processing, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• With strong attention to detail, high level of confidentiality, reliability, teamwork, and proactive attitude in performing tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• With own means of mobility

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides relief support across hubs as a Roving Loan Operations Specialist to ensure continuous coverage during staff leaves
• Acts as liaison for encumbrance processes (Notary, RD/PPSR, and LTO coordination)
• Handles end-to-end loan documentation, including pre-booking of accounts, preparation and printing of loan documents, request for comprehensive insurance, facilitation of client signing (if done in-office), and submission of complete loan documents for review
• Ensures completeness and accuracy of loan documents prior to endorsement and processing
• Supports the increasing volume of loan application bookings driven by Sales Partners
• Ensures proper tracking, scanning, and filing of all loan documents for record management
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
