Job Roles and Responsibilities*
Duties & Responsibilities: Extract list of accounts having access to each system of Globe covered in the LAR Calendar
Execute the access and profile review for each system covered in the LAR process and as perGlobe's policies
Establish a Role Based Access (RBA) for each system covered in the LAR Calendar
Conduct a semi-annual re-certification of the function and role owner
Provide LAR evidences as needed by Audit Team both internal and external
Ensure to have the updated SMD Tiered list if systems (this is used for the LAR Calendar /
Scheduling)
Maintain the process and procedures document for LAR. Globe agrees that the team will propose
necessary changes in the process and procedures to improve the operations. Once approved, Globe will proceed to implement the changes
Maintain the list of systems, descriptions, owner, and support teams for all systems covered in
LAR
Maintain and monitor the incoming project file
Execute the Role Based Access (RBA) review for systems covered in the LAR Calendar - Plan
and execute yearly initiatives which will bring value add to LAR as per agreement with proponents
Conduct reconciliation of systems handled by Operations vs. LAR. Add the systems to LAR
Calendar for those systems handled by Operations but being handled by LAR.
Job Qualifications*
Basic Qualifications: Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering or a related field
1-2 years of work experience in information security, in an information risk analysis, preferred 1-2 years of experience with information security management frameworks
Ability to identify and assess the severity and potential impact of information security risks.
Has good judgment and a sense of urgency, and has demonstrated commitment to high
standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, customer service and business integrity
