Profile Requirements:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience developing with ESP32 microcontrollers or equivalent embedded hardware platforms.
• Strong expertise in C and C++ programming for firmware, with a focus on efficiency and reliability in embedded systems.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript for front-end development, with the ability to integrate with embedded devices.
• Solid understanding of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for device interfacing.
• Familiarity with RTOS, multitasking, and resource-constrained environments in embedded systems development.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end IoT or software projects.
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, debugging tools, and modern development environments.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.
• Capacity to balance hands-on technical contributions with project management and strategic oversight.
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-disciplinary embedded or IoT projects on time, within budget, and to specification

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and actively contribute to the full development lifecycle of ESP32-based solutions, from concept through deployment.
• Design, implement, and optimize embedded firmware using C and C++ tailored for performance and reliability.
• Develop and integrate web-based user interfaces with HTML, JavaScript, and supporting frameworks to enhance usability.
• Define technical specifications, project scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
• Plan, organize, and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
• Oversee system integration, hardware–software debugging, and performance tuning to guarantee robust functionality.
• Review code contributions, maintain coding standards, and mentor junior engineers to raise overall team capability.
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards, version control practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Facilitate collaboration across hardware, firmware, and UI/UX teams to align on technical and functional goals.
• Continuously research and adopt emerging IoT technologies, frameworks, and best practices to drive innovation and scalability.
