US Payroll Specialist- US Healthcare

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end US payroll administration or accounting
• Knowledgeable of ADP is preferred

• Provide wrap-around application support, maintenance and management services for business applications including configuring those applications where customization is available, and maintaining both the clients and the servers and services that make up the applications
• Enter new hires into ADP in collaboration with HR
• Compile and enter employee time and payroll data into excel spreadsheets.
• Enter payroll data in collaboration with HR
• Conduct accuracy checks on payroll information, including taxes, before transmitting payroll
• Process checks that will be mailed or delivered to employees
• Handle employee phone calls regarding payroll issues
• Produce applicable payroll reports as requested and necessary
• Deliver ADP reports to accounting and payroll managers
• Assist Payroll Team Lead with the development and implementation of payroll processes

WORK SET UP:

• Hybrid set up 2x or 3x a week onsite in BGC Taguig
• Willing in nightshift schedule 9PM-6AM or flexible in shift
• Willing to be onboarded on July 28, 2025 non-negotiable
