Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects from concept to execution across web, print, and multimedia platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design portfolio, exceptional visual storytelling skills, and the ability to translate briefs into impactful visual solutions.This role involves client-facing collaboration, mentoring junior designers, and contributing to strategic creative direction, all while ensuring high-quality, on-brand output that aligns with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Establish and communicate a clear creative vision for projects, aligning with client and organizational goals.
- Find creative solutions to project briefs.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are cutting-edge and competitive.
- Communicate directly with client stakeholders to ensure seamless feedback and interaction.
- Contribute to strategic planning for design initiatives, aligning with broader marketing and organizational objectives.
- Coach and mentor junior designers and provide guidance and direction to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
