Job Description
Job Title: Automation Testers (Junior to Senior Level)Work Setup: Hybrid (onsite frequency depends on client/project)
Work Location: Philippines
Shifts: Night Shift or Day Shift (depending on project)
About the Role:
We are hiring Automation Testers from junior to senior levels to design, develop, and execute automated tests across web, mobile, and API platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in automation frameworks, scripting, and API testing, with experience in SQL and modern testing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using languages like Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Work with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber, Serenity, JBehave, or equivalent
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, JSON
- Execute automation testing for web, mobile, and API applications
- Create and run SQL scripts to validate data and test scenarios
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other testers to ensure quality standards are met
- (For senior roles) Lead automation strategy, mentor junior testers, and drive automation best practices
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- AI-powered testing (preferably Generative AI)
- TestRigor experience
- ETL/Data migration testing
- Testing with Power BI
- Testing Microservices / Azure Data Factory tools
- Python scripting experience
Qualifications:
- Junior: 3+ years of relevant automation testing experience
- Mid-level: 5+ years in IT with 3+ years in automation testing
- Senior: 8+ years in IT with 5+ years in automation testing
- Proficiency in automation scripting (Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript)
- Strong skills in automation frameworks and API testing tools
- Solid SQL scripting knowledge
