Accounting Supervisor - Muntinlupa

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our dynamic team at COPIERONLINE PHILIPPINES INC'. This full-time role is based in 165 Kamias Road, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting operations of the company.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the accounting team, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other accounting records
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly closings
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and analysis
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function
• Provide training and support to junior members of the accounting team

• Degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the accounting/finance function
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
