Hiring for Contact Support Associate

Responsibilities:

CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.

Qualifications:

• Open to HS graduates (old curriculum) and SHS graduates with at least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to handle Telco account
• Must Willing to work full-time onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong City
• Amenable to shifting schedules and holiday work.

Visit us Monday to Friday, 9AM–4PM (except holidays) at:

• Mandaluyong City: Ground Floor, Robinsons Cybergate 1, Boni Avenue (near MRT Boni Station)
• Quezon City: 3rd Floor, Gateway Mall, Cubao (near Smart Araneta Coliseum)
