Employee Relations Supervisor - Manila

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Employee Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries, providing support and guidance on policies and procedures. Address and resolve workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive environment.
  2. Conflict Resolution and Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations on employee grievances, complaints, and misconduct allegations. Resolve issues promptly and fairly, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
  3. Policy Compliance and Adherence: Ensure all employee relations practices align with company policies and Philippine labor laws. Educate employees and management on policy changes, best practices, and legal requirements.
  4. Disciplinary Action and Documentation: Oversee disciplinary procedures and ensure they are applied consistently. Document and maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions, grievances, and other related processes.
  5. Performance Management: Collaborate with HR and department leaders to support performance management processes. Provide coaching and assistance to supervisors to handle performance issues and improve employee engagement.
  6. Employee Engagement and Communication: Promote employee engagement through initiatives that foster a positive culture. Participate in designing programs and strategies to boost employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
  7. Training and Development: Identify training needs related to employee relations and conflict resolution. Organize workshops and sessions to improve communication and relationship-building skills across the organization.
  8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on employee relations trends, grievances, disciplinary actions, and other metrics to identify and address patterns proactively. Present insights to management to drive strategic HR decision-making.
