POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior AnalystWORK SETUP: Return to Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Collaborate with Operations Management, Quality, and Process Owners in developing learning solutions targeting identified needs and priorities
- Develop effective learning programs, synchronous and asynchronous, incorporating the adult learning principles
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer via an assortment of teaching techniques and assessment tools
- Facilitate all required training programs both new hires and existing staff
- Proactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives
- Prepare/maintain reports like training effectiveness measures, training completion reports, and data analysis for business reviews
- Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
- Provide Operations Director/Managers with input on possible resolutions. Provide solutions to escalated issues and updates.
- Ensure changes to processes are communicated to staff in a timely manner
- Provide production support as required for process retention and as needed by Operations
- Expand support provide by pursuing trainer skills development and trainer certification
Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Project Rest Day: Weekends
Project/Team Location: Muntinlupa Filinvest Axis Tower One
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- No domain; open to all industry
- Trainer component to be upskilled internally
