The Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, performing bank reconciliations, and supporting budget requests to ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to financial policies, and timely processing of transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field (e.g., Finance, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and other spreadsheet tools
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial analysis
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is a plus
