• Expected salary: ₱15,000 - ₱20,000 per month

• Identify training and development needs through job analysis, employee feedback, and consultation with managers.
• Design and develop training programs and materials that address identified needs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in person, virtually, or through e-learning platforms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation in line with compliance and audit standards.
• Work closely with HR and department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
• Monitor and manage the training budget and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Coordinate with external training vendors or institutions when necessary.
• Promote a learning culture within the organization by supporting continuous professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a training, learning and development, or HR role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to evaluate and measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback.
• Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, ATD, or equivalent) is a plus.
