We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead client relationships, ensure top-notch campaign execution, and drive business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and excel at managing multiple clients, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee email and social media campaign execution and ensure delivery of timely, high-quality results.
- Keep up with the latest industry trends and provide strategic insights to drive the performance of client social media accounts and newsletters.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with clients to promptly address challenges and concerns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and translate key takeaways into actionable marketing strategies to improve client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, with the expectation of being available to address urgent client needs after office hours.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of digital marketing account management experience (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
- 3+ years of SEM/SMM/Email Marketing experience.
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, and social media tools.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple clients and priorities
