The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising the on-site implementation of Outside Plant (OSP) telecom infrastructure projects. This includes overseeing fiber optic and copper cable installations, conduit laying, pole placements, and associated civil works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the on-site implementation of OSP telecom infrastructure projects, including fiber optic and copper cable installations, conduit laying, pole placements, and related civil works.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to engineering standards, project specifications, and safety protocols.
• Conduct site surveys, inspections, and progress monitoring to validate work quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for materials, manpower, and timely project execution.
• Ensure accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, as-built drawings, and redline updates.
• Resolve technical and operational issues encountered during project implementation.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies on-site.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project milestones and resolve concerns.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams throughout the project.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent, preferably Licensed ECE.
• At least 1 year working experience in FTTH or ODN project.
• Excellent management skills is required for the position
• Preferably with work experience related to Telecom Construction
• Willing to be assigned in Sorsogon Province
