Job Summary:
The College Instructor in Business Administration is responsible for delivering quality instruction in undergraduate courses covering core business disciplines such as management, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and operations. The role involves fostering student learning, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the academic mission of the institution through teaching, research, and service.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities:
- Teach the assigned courses in business administration, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
- Facilitate engaging classroom and/or online learning experiences.
- Develop syllabi, lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
Qualifications:
- With Master's Degree in line with the field (on going are still welcome)
- With great communication skills, patience, and adaptability.
