Customer Support Associate (Graveyard Shift)

Graveyard| Fulltime | Iloilo (Onsite Setup)

What you'll be working on
  • Interpreting and validating client's needs
  • Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues
  • Accurate data capture / entry
  • Effectively communicate with clients and contractors
  • Ensure internal and external service standards are met
  • Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
  • Participate in system and staff development

Qualifications/Requirements

What were looking for
  • Fresh graduates or with 2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
  • Proficiency in problem-solving
  • Possesses excellent people skills
  • Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.
  • Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard shift (7 PM- 4 AM)

Onsite (Iloilo Office): 2nd Floor Iloilo Gateway Hotel & Suites, Brgy. Mali-ao, Pavia, Iloilo
