A successful Technical Manager should have:

  • Ideally 8-10 years of total professional experience within within B2B food ingredients, B2C, flavors, or relevant food sectors.
  • 3-4 years of leadership experience
  • Solid technical background with exposure across multiple product or application categories
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
  • Strong project management capability, handling multiple, simultaneous initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in a cross-functional and regional environment
  • A collaborative and people-oriented leader who can balance technical and commercial priorities
