Virtual Assistant – Mobility Scooter Rental Support
As a Virtual Assistant at our company, you will have the opportunity to assist customers with their rental needs, coordinate deliveries and returns, and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and mobility.Key responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Coordinate scooter rentals, including scheduling deliveries and pickups- Provide guidance and support to customers on operating the scooters- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer interactions- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
