Sales Team Leader

Job Summary

The Sales Team Leader is responsible for supervising the sales team, driving sales performance, developing client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching when necessary
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners
• Conduct sales presentations and assist in closing key accounts
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
• Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to support promotional activities
• Ensure high level of customer service and client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• And any duties that may be assigned from time to time.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Leadership experience in managing or guiding a sales team is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
