Job Title: Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager
Job Summary:Super Pixels is looking for a creative, organized, and reliable Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager to handle both visual content creation and day to day social media execution. The role involves designing marketing materials, writing captions or copy, planning and scheduling content, and helping maintain a consistent brand presence across our platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand what makes content engaging, and be able to turn ideas into clean visuals and effective social media posts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create graphic materials for social media, promotions, marketing campaigns, and brand announcements
- Design posters, banners, flyers, pubmats, signages, and other digital and print materials
- Write captions, basic marketing copy, and content text for social media posts
- Plan, organize, and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or other platforms used by the company
- Help develop content calendars for different brands and campaigns
- Maintain visual consistency and branding across all content
- Edit and enhance product photos, mockups, and promotional visuals
- Coordinate with the team for content ideas, campaign goals, promos, events, and launches
- Revise creatives and captions based on feedback
- Monitor posting schedules and ensure timely publication of content
- Organize and archive design files, content assets, and brand materials properly
- Support other marketing and creative needs of the company when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media content creation, or digital marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
- Has good writing skills and can create clear, engaging, and brand appropriate captions or copy
- Familiar with content planning and scheduling tools
- Understands layout, typography, color, composition, and branding
- Able to produce both digital and print ready materials
- Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Open to feedback and willing to revise work when needed
- Experience in photography, video editing, reels, or motion graphics is a plus
- Background in handling business pages or brand accounts is an advantage

- Teachable and easy to work with
- Creative but also practical and organized
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Has initiative in suggesting content ideas and improvements
- Not overly demanding and willing to grow with the company

Work Setup:
- On site / Hybrid / Remote depending on company needs
- Monday to Saturday, depending on assigned arrangement
