Here are some of the responsibilities of the Importation Staff:

  1. Issues purchase orders, sends them to suppliers, and files/organizes them once they are fulfilled.
  2. Follows up on the dispatch/delivery schedule of pending purchase orders.
  3. Inputs purchase order data into the system.
  4. Photocopies purchase orders to serve as receiving copies and for documentation purposes.
  5. Summarizes and records purchase order details on index cards.
  6. Facilitates remittance/payment requests for purchase orders under the following terms:
  • TT (Telegraphic Transfer) advance,
  • Against copy of documents,
  • Against faxed shipping documents.
  1. Photocopies required documents for the Bureau of Customs (e.g., Purchase Contract/Order, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Proforma Invoice, etc.).
  2. Prepares a monthly summary of import entries.
  3. Organizes import entries by consignee for BOC documentation.

Submits scanned copies of import entries to the designated companies.

QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelors degree (any course)
  2. with or without experience
  3. accept newly graduates
