- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions, including scorecards, breakdowns, and time-series visualizations
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports to monitor performance and support business objectives
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps within various ServiceNow modules
- Define and set up thresholds, targets, and alerts to provide real-time visibility and predictive forecasts
- Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to capture requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and adherence to best practices for scalability and accuracy
- Communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management through reports and presentations
- Troubleshoot data and configuration issues to ensure the ongoing reliability of performance measurement tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Proven ability in reporting and dashboard creation; proficiency in Power BI and familiarity with Data Lake environments are an advantage
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization, with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights
- Experience in developing, tracking, and optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service performance
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup
- Open to a 1-year fixed contract, subject to extension
- Location: Makati
- Shift: Regular office hours, Monday to Friday
