We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- SHS Graduates/ HS Graduates/ College Undergrad/ College Graduates
- AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BPO/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
- Good English Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can converse well with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Amenable working onsite/in the office
- Amenable working in graveyard shift/any shifting sched

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
