Retail Intern - Pricing & Data Encoder

 I.  Job Purpose

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly attentive to detail, and able to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.

• Duration: 400 hours minimum
• Allowance: ₱300 per 8-hour workday
• Location: 7th Floor, 11th Corporate Center, BGC

1. Assist in updating and maintaining accurate product pricing in company systems and records.
2. Encode and update product, pricing, inventory, and other retail data accurately.
3. Review and verify encoded information to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
4. Identify pricing or data discrepancies and promptly report issues to the supervisor.
5. Support administrative and retail operations tasks such as filing, report preparation, and coordination with relevant teams.

IV. Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Students from other degree programs are also welcome to apply.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.
• Strong data entry and encoding skills with high accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of file management and report preparation.
• Familiarity with retail, inventory, or pricing systems is an advantage.
