• Cleaning and Sanitation: Scouring pots and pans, washing utensils and dishes, cleaning food prep areas, sweeping/mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
• Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing fruits and vegetables; prepping ingredients for chefs; and portioning food items.
• Kitchen Maintenance:

• Support Roles: Assisting cooks during service, restocking kitchen stations, and packing take-out orders.
• Safety Adherence: Following food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines (e.g., proper food storage) to prevent contamination.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and lift heavy items (up to 40 pounds/18-25 kg).
