Senior Project In Charge (Fit-Out) - Manila

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct reporting to PM / Operations OIC
• Oversee project technical team members
• Supervise, Monitor, and control construction progress according to project budget cost
• In-charge of the implementation of the project scope of works following the contract, construction plan, and specifications
• Submission of daily targets and accomplishments, as well as weekly and monthly reports.
• Strictly implement and monitor internal construction schedule against external baseline schedule
• Manage assigned sub-contractors, admins, vendor scope of work, safety, quality, and schedule
• Check and filter all material requisitions before request
• Prepare RFA/RFI and review of technical drawings and specifications
• Review BOQ, material take-offs, and drawings before submission
• Raise and prepare change order documents for all potential variations
• In-charge of punch-list close-out and preparation of all necessary documents for completion and acceptance of works
• Evaluate all progress billing submitted by sub-contractors and vice versa progress billing to client/owner representative
• Proper filing of all site-relative documents for record

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in Fit-Out Projects
• Willing to be assigned even outside Metro Manila
• Can start immediately
• Highly skilled, can work under pressure
• Having an entrepreneurial mindset
• Can work in a fast paced environment
• With experience in Mall Tenants/Restaurant Construction
• Fast learner and can work with minimal supervision
• With integrity and honest personality
• Eager to improve
