Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of financial books.
- Review and analyze financial data for management reporting.
- Maintain general ledger and ensure account accuracy.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expense reporting, and tax filings.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and banks.
- Implement and improve accounting processes and systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations (e.g., tax laws, labor laws, corporate governance).
- Prepare tax reports and coordinate tax planning activities.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide training.
- Promote a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Support business analysis and financial planning.
- Provide financial insights to assist decision-making.
- Assist in cost control and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent certification (preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Office-based or hybrid setting.
- Collaboration with finance, operations, and executive teams.
