Nextsphere is looking for a results-driven HR Specialist to support our recruitment efforts on an ad-hoc or part-time basis. If you're passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities and thrive in a flexible work environment — this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular hiring updates and candidate feedback to the client.
  • Schedule interviews via email and phone with shortlisted applicants.
  • Conduct role-focused interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Accurately update candidate data in Nextsphere's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Coordinate with the internal hiring team for candidate evaluations and next steps.
  • Endorse at least 3–4 highly qualified applicants per day to the client.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and sourcing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
