Nextsphere is looking for a results-driven HR Specialist to support our recruitment efforts on an ad-hoc or part-time basis. If you're passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities and thrive in a flexible work environment — this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide regular hiring updates and candidate feedback to the client.
- Schedule interviews via email and phone with shortlisted applicants.
- Conduct role-focused interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Accurately update candidate data in Nextsphere's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate with the internal hiring team for candidate evaluations and next steps.
- Endorse at least 3–4 highly qualified applicants per day to the client.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and sourcing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required.
