BPO Collections Trainer

Trainer – UK/US Banking & Collections

Location: Quezon City (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Trainer with a strong background in UK/US banking and collections to join our growing team. If you're passionate about developing people, facilitating engaging training sessions, and driving performance, we'd love to hear from you.

• Completed at least 2nd year in college
• 2–4 years of experience as a Trainer in a call center or shared services environment
• At least 2–4 years of experience in UK/US/AU collections and banking operations
• Relevant financial account experience in any of the following:
• Mortgage
• Auto/Motor Financing
• Collections
• Fraud
• Underwriting
• Payouts
• Other related banking processes
• Experience in insurance or payroll accounts alone is not eligible
• Candidates with experience in UK or US banking, particularly in the Loan Origination Process and Motor Financing, will be given priority
• Basic understanding of training methodologies for both virtual and face-to-face instructor-led training
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and feedback skills
