Your Role:

As a Docket Control Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain oversight and control of manual docket book inventory, tracking issuance, usage, and returns across all business sites.
  • Identify gaps in docket sequences and investigate missing or incomplete records to ensure all sales are accurately captured.
  • Reconcile manual docket usage against system transactions and delivery records to support revenue assurance and billing.
  • Liaise with operational and logistics teams to validate delivery details and recover missing information for accurate reporting.
  • Recommend process improvements and strengthen internal controls to reduce manual intervention and enhance data integrity.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
  • 5–10 years of experience in administrative or operations management.
  • Proven experience in transactional finance, administration, or operational support roles.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in reconciliation and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders and branch managers.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Experience working with Pronto or similar ERP systems.
  • Background in logistics, distribution, or managed services.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor trends and identify recurring risk areas.
  • Knowledge of revenue assurance principles and operational compliance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
