Hotel & Venue Operations Supervisor

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on Hotel & Venue Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property, including venue rental events, accommodation, housekeeping, kitchen, and F&B services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of accommodation, housekeeping, kitchen, and F&B
- Oversee execution of venue events (weddings, corporate functions, social events)
- Coordinate with Events Team, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure rooms, event spaces, and facilities are clean, prepared, and guest-ready
- Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and adherence to SOPs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation standards
- Prepare daily reports on operations, incidents, and occupancy
- Manage operational challenges during events and peak periods
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 2–3 years supervisory experience in hotel, resort, or events venue
Strong background in multi-department operations
Experience in events-driven properties is an advantage
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
