HR & Admin Associate (Open to fresh graduate)
DYNAMIQ Enterprise Solution Quezon City Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Assists in the implementation of human resources strategies and policies in line with overall organizational goals and strategy
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process from prescreening to onboarding.
- Orient newly hired employees on the Company code of conduct and general policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned, such as compensation and benefits, employment relations, training and development, and timekeeping duties.
- Monitors office supplies and equipment, and oversees office and building maintenance.
- Do other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioural Science, or equivalent
- Experience in handling different facets of HR is an advantage, but not required
- Can work with minimal supervision, assertive, and inquisitive
- Must be highly organized, dynamic, and able to work under pressure
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Quezon City
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
