We are looking for a creative and strategic Art Director to lead the visual execution of campaigns across digital, social, print, and other media platforms. In this role, you will transform creative concepts into compelling visualsolutions, ensuring all work meets high standards of creativity, quality, and brand consistency.
You will collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Account Managers, and other team memberswhile mentoring junior creatives and contributing to new business pitches. The ideal candidate is a strong visual
thinker with agency experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advertising and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual development and execution of creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ensure high standards of design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop innovative campaign concepts.
- Present and explain creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Mentor and guide junior creatives, providing feedback and support.
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with Creative Directors and team leads regarding project and team
needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and visual execution.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of typography, image manipulation, illustration, and animation.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of digital media and emerging platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
